About George Torres
As a lifelong resident of Northern Virginia, I give my clients the benefit of decades of experience and exceptional knowledge of the area. Having grown up in Arlington, Falls Church, Fairfax, Alexandria and McLean, I have a unique understanding and appreciation of the local communities.
I graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Real Estate Finance. I translated my education into a highly successful career at Freddie Mac, where I worked as a Loss Mitigation Specialist negotiating Foreclosures. Furthermore, I worked as a Business Analyst where I gained invaluable knowledge about Freddie Mac Automated Underwriting System which is used by several leading mortgage lenders. Having always been interested in real estate, becoming a REALTOR© was the natural transition. In this light, I have incorporated the crucial negotiation, business and customer relations skills learned from my previous experiences. I go through great lengths to ensure all of my clients are 100% satisfied.
I speak Spanish fluently and in my spare time I enjoy traveling and looking for investment properties. I have valuable contacts in the Home Improvement/Construction industry and have used these contacts to save my client’s time and money.
I take personal pride in all of his real estate transactions. I carefully guide my clients through their home buying or selling process, and earn the compliment of repeat customers and referrals from pleased clients.
